why? they got paid, didn't they?

this is the gig when you're a professional - you do the work, bill the
client, and hope for the best. nobody owes you any sensitivity, nobody
owes you any pulled punches.

if organic and boo are right and this is a good way to recreate
positive aspects of the high street shopping experience online, then
they'll be laughing all the way to the bank and we'll look like
idiots. if those of us criticizing boo are right in thinking that
ambience is less important than convenience for e-commerce sites, then
boo will redesign and organic will look like idiots. its a fair fight.

you're playing in a global market now - time to big up to the tough love.
