Karin,

The best way would be to export the images as Adobe Illustrator.

Then, in Illustrator (I'm assuming you have Illustrator) you can use
Filter -> Color -> Adjust Color to convert to CMYK.

They might accept the Illustrator file from you, as it is
resolution-independent and the best option for high-res printing of such
material.

If not, you can Export the Illustrator image as a TIFF at your chosen
resolution.

You can do similar things with FreeHand, just start off with the Flash ->
Illustrator conversion and go from there.
