For all interested the flash 5 beta player can be successfully removed
from Netscape by doing the following:

Close your Netscape browser
Run Windows Explorer,
go to the: Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Program\Plugins\
directory

In here delete the following files: (make sure you have show file
extensions turned on in explorer)
NPSWF32.dll
ShockwaveFlash.class
ShockwavePlugin.class

Start netscape and go to a flash site
Netscape will then tell you that you need a plugin and after you click
okay, it will take you to the MM site.
The first link on the page will be the beta (dont click this obviously),
but the next one will be the proper one. Download flash32.exe and
install as per their instructions, things function normal again.
