Thanks for the info... very informative. I'm trying the
self-detecting sniffer method, without any hint of
javascript anywhere, and not getting positive
detections from Mac IE 5. With this new info I can
only suspect that it is a MIME problem that is
allowing my redirect to occur before the getURL.
I had previously ruled it out, since the method
currently works on Opera, Netscape, and IE on the
PC, so even now I'm not convinced. I know my
server doesn't have the MIME set exactly as it should,
so I'll try to get that rectified before I think of other
options...
