Do you want it to go to a label called "116" or frame 116?
If you want it to go to frame 116, then you need to select 'frame'
in your 'go to and stop' action. If you want it to go to a label
called "116" then you need to go to the correct frame and set
the label to be "116".

By your use of quotes there it seems like you are talking about
a label, but since you're using numbers it makes me think that
maybe you mean a frame...
