Interesting... 99% of the computer books in my library use the "foo/bar"
reference and I don't recall seeing a footnote, copyright symbol or
trademark. Perhaps you should consider a lawsuit against the likes of
O'Reilly, IDG, SAMS, Peachpit Press, etc. By the way, aren't you the guy
who cleverly juxtaposed the unlikely pair of "hello" and "world" to bring us
the ubiquitous and transcendent "Hello,world!"? Keep up the good work.
