Unfortunately and fortunately, yes. It's unfortunate when you're trying to test something in a
'real-world' environment and you have to keep dumping the cache and reload the browser to
get at the most recent code. It's VERY fortunate when Sparky the user returns to the 250k
movie he visited yesterday and DOESN'T have to reload the thing.
