I'm currently converting some Director based CBT programs to Flash so
I may be able to help.

For administration I simply use a browser based application. To store
all training records I use ColdFusion and Access/SQLServer 7. The
same thing can be accomplished with any database or CGI.

I'm still working on the Flash front end and it should functional by
the end of the month. In the meantime, if you would like to have a
look at the admin end, contact me off-list and I can give you access
to my development server.
