I don't think that your MACH card is supported for dual monitors on a
Wintel box, i.e, the ROM on that card doesn't know how to talk to
Win98/NT as a second monitor. The card would, however, work as a second
(or third, fourth, etc) on a Mac, because Macs use a different "BIOS"
that can talk to any Mac-compatible card.

If you can't make use of it on a Mac in your own shop, it is saleable
item, at least.
