FLASH: Jobs

Hey guys! I'm working with Flash 5 and have upgraded from 4. I have experience in building complete sites (a couple of which were for a university) but am really take by what I can do with Flash. My question is, how the heck can I get a start-off job in the field? I have an excellent resume with examples bu I don't seem to get anywhere. I want to freelance and feel I can do it. But I need the chance to prove it. I'm currently finishing up my BA and only have one course, so time's not an issue. Suggestions?
