If you can view Macromedia's site correctly the your installation is

correct.

The problems you note are not related to the way you have the plugins

installed, but to possible errors in the scripting of the sites you

visit. Try sending the sites webmaster an email informing him of the

problem. He will probably thank you for it ( or maybe not, you wouldn't

believe some answers I've received...).
