In order to target a movie clip with a button action the movie needs
to exist in the timeline 'before' the button. So this part of your
problem won't work the way you have set it up. The movie clip should
be in frame 1 and the button in frame 2.

This part isn't at all clear. Get the first part working then maybe
you will be able to solve the second part.
