FLASH: track like menu

In a page I'm designing, I want to have some rollover menu items.  I was

looking at the sample, but it's pretty difficult to understand. Could

someone (-DG-) :), please give an overview of the process?  The sample

seemed to have lots of nesting going on and scripts attached that I couldn't

find.  If you could, please let me know where to start on assembling a

rollover menu such as this.
