I did some work for Dan at coolbananas.  It may have been my

misunderstanding, but I thought I'd be paid for it and he thought it was on

spec (unpaid unless he decided to use it).  So I'd suggest if anyone on

this list works for him that you have it very clear what you will be paid for.
