I think you need to get in touch with WIPO at

http://www.wipo.org/eng/main.htm . It'll cost around $1,000 to get an

adjudication against a squatter but it's cheaper than a court battle and if

they find in your favour you get the domain. There's loads of information

on the site. Hope this helps..
