Again the subject of squatting rears its ugly head:

"Cybersquatter Developments: The World Intellectual Property Organisation
(WIPO) recently ruled that a party that registered a domain name for which
it had no rights or legitimate interests should not have it removed. The
offending domain name had been registered but no website had been operating
under the name. . The WIPO held that in order for the aggrieved party to
successfully challenge the registration it had to show (amongst otherthings)
that the domain name was being used in bad faith –In this case this was not
proved as the defendant was not ‘using’ the domain name as he did not
operate a website under the name in question."

It's all a bit of a lottery really....

I think you need to get in touch with WIPO at
http://www.wipo.org/eng/main.htm . It'll cost around $1,000 to get an
adjudication against a squatter but it's cheaper than a court battle and if
they find in your favour you get the domain. There's loads of information
on the site. Hope this helps..
