RE: UKNM: free stock promotion

Well I agree with you.  Apparently it is illegal (by SEC rules) to give

away stock, especially without legal references.  Looks to all the world to

be a spam list - but I know alot of people who have fallen for it!


Does this beg the question - as long as it works, its OK?
