Ah yes, Julie Meyer's spot on the Today Programme was made memorable by her
"upside paradigm" among other choice cuts of MBA speak . Ed Stourton had to
ask what she was on about.

A golden nugget I learned was o communicate everything to the extent that
an intelligent twelve year old can understand it. The person who taught me
this is now very successful in media.
