It's worth remembering that if you pay by credit card, the credit card
company is a party to the credit agreement and must refund all payments in
the event of a default. I never buy anything for delivery except by credit
card for that reason. Who knows when a supplier will go bust after you've
paid them?

If you get no joy from the supplier, ask the credit card company for a
refund on the grounds that the goods have not been delivered and that the
supplier is uncontactable.

Too many refunds and the card company will revoke the supplier's account. So
if they are that bad you will be doing us all a service by helping to stop
them trading on the web.
