Whatever you do, don't buy from Household Appliances Direct
(www.householdappliancesdirect.co.uk). They took my money, but no receipt,
no mail, no call no nothing - and no goods either.

Three weeks later (as opposed to the advertised 5 days for delivery):
"we have no idea where your coffee machine is or when it'll arrive. Sorry,
but we can't follow it up yet because we're really busy with the Ideal Home
Show. You'll have to wait."

Obviously, I've asked for a refund, and I'm shopping elsewhere. Not to
mention writing a flaming letter of complaint - at which point, I realise
that all emails, phone calls etc, go straight to one (incredibly rude) woman
on reception, who is obviously under orders not to give out any names of
anyone in superior positions.
Incredible.
