The reason it is not easy to back out of FlashCentral has nothing to do

with frames. The reason is that the entry page is an automatic

JavaScript detection page that works very fast to send you immediately

to the Flash page if your browser is detectable with script. So if you

back up it sees that you have Flash and sends you immediately back to

the Flash 3 page. If your browser can not detect Flash with script then

you can back page easily from FC but the entry into the FC site is not

as smooth and seamless.

To provide easy back paging I would have to build in a delay in

processing the JavaScript detection so every visitor would have to wait

2 or 3 seconds more to enter Flash Central. If people didn't hate

cookies so much I could use a cookie just for this purpose. So neither

of these seem to be a better solution to me.


You can use the Go menu option to bypass the detection page and go to a

previously visited page. You can also double click the back button a

couple of times and usually go back that way.
