For really quick playback make sure your Flash file is NOT set to have its
background transparent. Also the smaller you make the Flash movie size, the
less the screen will need to be updated. Crop your Flash movie to just the
contents you wish to display and leave the background ink display to Copy
for best results.

Even though my flash movie is at the highest frame rate and director id set
at a high tempo, imported flash moves are slow and sluggish. Has anyone else
seen this or know of a solution. I am on a dual 300 with 256 MB. It should
be fast enough.
