Brand Executive, Cadbury Dairy Milk at Kraft Foods

Working for Kraft for just over 2 years, a variety of sales roles first and then settled in Marketing on CDM where Sarah is responsible for Singles (i.e. ‘chocolate bars’ under 49g) and Digital across CDM. Sarah loves bringing new products to market as at Kraft the marketeers manage NPD all the way from conception through to market launch, as well as the complex challenge of FMCG+/- digital (both getting it right and reporting it back internally!). Prior to Kraft, Sarah hid away in the French alps where she took a French Ski School digital and social, and did quite a lot of skiing…!

Sarah will be sharing a case study of how Facebook plays a part in Dairy Milk's social media marketing.

Richard is focused on driving forward the club’s approach to media – by championing innovation, forming unique partnerships and delivering increased audience engagement and reach. For the last few years Richard has focused on a small portfolio of clients including the BFI, the Guardian, Kasabian and was Web Publishing Director for the regionals division of Trinity Mirror until joining Manchester City FC at the end of 2010.

Richard will be discussing how Manchest City used Facebook as part of their marketing strategy, how it integrates with other social media platforms, what works and more importantly, what doesn't.

We Are Social help brands to listen, understand and engage in conversations in social media. Tom’s career in digital has taken him from mobile marketing through digital and finally found him in his natural home in Social Media. Tom is a strong digital all rounder and a respected regular on the conference speaking circuit.

Tom will be joining the Adventures in F-Commerce Session to tell us how Heinz bravely innovated on the Facebook platform to create one of the most widely appreciated FMCG campaigns in recent years.
